   Occurred

   Dislocated shoulder early in the final quarter while attempting a smother against Sydney; the joint went back in on the ground. Coach Ross Lyon said the club will take no risk, relaying that Silvagni recalled dislocating the shoulder once before and playing the following week. The record shows that earlier episode was a subluxation of the same shoulder in Round 1 2021 at Carlton, after which he missed a game and returned in Round 3, then re-injured it in Round 4 and needed a minor procedure.

   Retrospective capture of the 2021 shoulder records showed the prior episode Lyon referred to was a subluxation in Round 1 2021, not a dislocation, and that Silvagni missed the following week rather than playing it.
