Fitness test window elapsed without selection — per Phase 1.45EE POSSIBLE_NOT_NAMED rule, revert to ACTIVE re-targeting R12 vs Geelong (2026-05-29). Phase 1.45EE should have caught this but R11 hasn't run in full mode (only --post-game-only). Manual fix 2026-05-24.
